1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Amato mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe and reliable experience for all our users and partners.

2. User Accounts

To place orders, you must register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. All activities performed through your account will be your sole responsibility.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Currently, Amato operates primarily on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. By choosing this, you agree to:

• Pay the full order amount in cash at the time of delivery.
• Ensure that a person is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders or providing fake addresses may lead to permanent suspension of your account.

4. Orders and Deliveries

While we strive for perfection, delivery times are estimates. Factors like weather, traffic, and vendor preparation time may affect delivery speed. Amato acts as a facilitator between you and the vendor; therefore, product quality is the responsibility of the respective vendor.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can only be canceled before they are accepted by the vendor. Once preparation has started, cancellations are not permitted. Since we utilize COD, • • • refunds for damaged goods must be addressed at the time of delivery with our support team.
