Job Title: Computer Technician & Sales Representative

Location: Near Gubaiba Bus Stop, Bur Dubai

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Computer Technician & Sales Representative to join our team at our outlet near the Gubaiba bus stop, Bur Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in computers, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosed and troubleshot hardware and software issues for laptops and computers.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks for computers and peripherals.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing laptops, desktops, and other computer accessories.
• Provide detailed product information to customers and guide them toward the best solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure products are displayed effectively.
• Keep track of inventory and report stock shortages or issues.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and products in the IT industry.

• The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria
• Minimum 1 year of experience in computer hardware/software repair and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of computer components, configurations, and operating systems.
• Strong communication and sales skills to assist customers effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
• Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu would be an advantage).
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
