We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator our Supply Chain and Procurement team.

• Accurately enter data from various sources into company databases and systems.
• Review and verify the accuracy of information before entry.
• Update and maintain data records to ensure integrity and completeness.
• Identify and correct data entry errors.
• Assist preparing reports and presentations when required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Follow company policies and maintain strict data confidentiality.

• Previous experience in data entry or related roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• proficiency in data entry software and microsoft office (Excel, Word)
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
