Job Overview

As a professional office and Accountant Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the company’s financial records accurately and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, such as VAT.

Accounting & Inventory Assistant (TALLY KNOWLEDGE MANDATORY)

Experience : 2–3 years (UAE experience preferred)

  • Prepare and manage invoices and quotations
  • Track, maintain, and follow up invoices
  • Handle inventory control and stock records
  • Maintain accurate service-related accounts and documentation
  • Assist the Service Manager in daily service operations and coordination
  • Support service team with administrative and accounting tasks
  • Ability to multitask and meet operational requirements
  • Recording daily transactions in Tally Prime software accurately.
  • Calculating VAT according to UAE regulations and filing returns on time.
  • Preparing monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets.
  • Regularly matching bank statements with internal cash and bank records.
  • Managing employee salaries, allowances, and end-of-service benefits correctly.
  • Providing necessary documents and reports to auditors during the annual audit process.

  • Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
