We are looking for a CRM Team Leader to manage CRM operations, lead a small team, execute customer engagement campaigns, and drive customer retention through data-driven insights.
In this role, your primary goal will be to strengthen the bond between the company and its customers while using data techniques to enhance sales and service efficiency. If you are seeking a leadership role and are an expert in CRM tools, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
 
  • Lead and manage the CRM team and set daily and weekly targets.
  • Oversee CRM systems and data accuracy
  • Execute CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Loyalty)
  • Developand implement innovative strategies to increase customer and loyalty.
  • Customer segmentation & retention strategies
  • Analyse customer data (CLV, churn, ROI, RFM, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales & Customer Support
  • Establish CRM workflow and automation rules to streamline business processes.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for management

Requirement
  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in CRM operations,
  • Proficienc in major CRM platforms and advanced knowledge of ms excel for data reporting.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle, Adobe, etc ).
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
